got to south end a bit later tonight tide was out so i made my way over to the ray

had a good two hours in water well powered up jumping again its to good down here apart from the mud

one of the locals got in trouble downed his kite and couldnt get it out again so i went to give him a hand. then a gust of wind came though amd i lost my one boot

now if any of you know what the ray is like its a fair walk and theres lots of sharp things to walk on

it was a nightmare walk back over mud muscle beds razor sharp shells shopping trolleys and the burnt out cars every now and again

any way got back to shore and me foot was cut to shreds.

still it was worth the effort
